Breakfast options

West Yellowstone has plenty of breakfast options from grab and go, to full sit-down so you can begin a big day in the park with a hearty breakfast.

Ernie's Bakery and Deli is a long-standing West Yellowstone favorite known for consistently good food, and fast-friendly service. It’s a "go-to spot" for breakfast on the go when you're headed out for a morning hike. Call the night before and they'll have a "build your own" box lunch with a sandwich, cookie, drink, and chips ready for you when you stop in for your breakfast. Euro Cafe has grab and go as well as sit-down options ranging from breakfast sandwiches to biscuits and gravy with home fries and gluten free options. The Book Peddler coffee and sandwich shop has espresso drinks and a great selection of baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Running Bear Pancake House specializes in...you guessed it...pancakes! They also have fresh homemade baked goods and a kids menu. Smokejumper Cafe at the airport has a large breakfast menu featuring “modern dishes that capture the flavors of the season” including omelettes, pancakes, a classic eggs benedict, corned beef hash and eggs, and yogurt & granola for something lighter. If you’re looking for something special and don’t mind traveling a bit, head out to Campfire Lodge for riverside dining with favorites like giant berry pancakes served with bacon and eggs. Bear Country Bake Shop and Eatery has tasty quiche, and delicious sandwiches on their homemade bread, but the real stars of the show are their cakes! This is the place to buy a special cake when you’re celebrating in Yellowstone.
